Return Rules

    PROVISIONS FOR THE RETURN OF GOODS
    1.1. Electrical Goods are not covered by warranty and cannot be returned (pursuant to the Republic of Lithuania Regulations on Return and Exchange of Items).

    1.2. Lithuanian legal acts clearly stipulate that the Seller of used or second-hand Goods is not obliged to accept good quality used or second-hand Goods purchased by the Buyer; such Goods may be accepted and a refund may be provided only with the consent of the Seller. The Buyer shall have the right to:

    1.2.1. Return the purchased good quality Goods within 14 (fourteen) days after receipt of the Goods.

    1.2.2. Return the purchased Goods if they are of improper quality or have defects which the Seller did not discuss with the Buyer before selling the Goods; the Goods must be returned within a reasonable period of time in accordance with the legal requirements, but not later than within 15 (fifteen) days from receipt of the purchased Goods.

    1.3. Good quality Goods can be exchanged or returned if the Buyer's request to exchange or return the Goods is satisfied, if the Goods have not been used or damaged, the properties of the Goods have been preserved, the Goods did not lose their marketable appearance, and the Buyer has documents confirming the purchase and sale of these Goods from the Seller.

    1.4. Purchased Goods may be determined to be of poor quality and exchanged for good quality Goods (if possible) or returned if:

    1.4.1. They do not match the description provided by the Seller and do not have the same properties as the Goods provided by the Seller as an example, or have defects that were not specified by the Seller before the sale of the Goods;

    1.4.2. They do not comply with the quality indicators typical to the items of the same type, and which the Buyer can reasonably expect based on the nature of the item;

    1.5. If at the time of purchase the Buyer knew or should have known about the non-compliance in the Goods (e.g. information about defects, malfunctions, etc. was published), these Goods are considered to be of adequate quality. Used Goods of suitable quality may be replaced or returned only with the consent of the Seller.

    2. RETURN PROCEDURE

    2.1. Defects in the sold Goods are eliminated, and high-quality or low-quality Goods are exchanged or returned in accordance with the procedures of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the Law on Consumer Protection of the Republic of Lithuania, and the Retail Trade Regulations approved by Order of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania of 22 July 2014.

    2.2. To return the purchased Goods, the Buyer must meet the following conditions:

    2.2.1. The returned Goods must be properly packaged.

    2.2.2. The Goods must not be damaged by the Buyer;

    2.2.3. The returned Goods must be in the same configuration as received by the Buyer;

    2.2.4. The Goods must not be used and their marketable appearance must not be damaged (undamaged labels, untorn protective films, etc.).

    2.3. If the Buyer does not follow the established return procedure, the Seller has the right not to accept the Goods returned by the Buyer, however this provision shall not restrict the right of the Buyer to defend its rights if the sold Goods were of poor quality.

    2.4. After the Buyer agrees with the Seller on all the terms and conditions for returning the Goods, the Buyer shall submit a written request to the Seller specifying the defects of the Goods (if the Goods are defective), the reasons for their return, and a document confirming the purchase-sale of the Goods from the Seller.

    RETURN COSTS
    3.1. In all cases, good quality Goods shall be returned at the expense of the Buyer. Upon the request of the Buyer, the Seller may call a courier service at its own expense, however these costs shall be covered by the Buyer.

    3.2. When returning defective Goods, Goods that do not comply with their advertised description, or Goods that do not match those that were advertised, the shipping/delivery costs of the returned Goods shall be covered by the Seller of the Goods.

    REFUND PROCEDURE
    4.1. In the return form, in addition to other required information, the Buyer shall also indicate a bank account number to which the refund is to be made.

    4.2. After the Buyer agrees with the Seller on all the terms and conditions for returning the Goods, the refund shall be transferred to the specified bank account within 14 (fourteen) days from the date when the Actual Seller of the Goods receives the returned Goods.
